IN PARTNERSHIP WITH LEO FROM ONEPROFILE
Applying to jobs these days?

It’s easy. It’s like throwing darts 🎯

Well... except the room is dark, you’re blindfolded, the board is moving, and the room is moving. You never know if you missed, hit the bullseye, or if the board was even there to begin with!

After years of hard work, all you get is an automated rejection or, worse, ghosted mid-interview (yes, 48% of job seekers!) 🤯

Yes, companies are hiring. No, they are not hiring you!

But there’s a better way: meet Leo from OneProfile, the talent agent who scans the job market daily, crafts the best version of your profile and hits apply on your behalf. Leo also reports your status throughout the process, transparently.

And the best part? Leo keeps things simple and handles all of this right from your inbox!

IN THE SPOTLIGHT
OpenAI rolls out Deep Research

Just days after launching o3-mini, we have a new AI agent that's crushing it, accomplishing in minutes what would take humans up to 30 days.

Introducing Deep Research, an AI model that can autonomously gather information from across the web and turn it into concise, detailed reports. You can feed it text, images, PDFs, or even spreadsheets, and in just 5 to 30 minutes, it’ll return a thorough answer with citations.

In testing, Deep Research scored an impressive 26.6% on the ‘Humanity’s Last Exam’ benchmark, easily outpacing competitors like Gemini Thinking (6.2%), Grok-2 (3.8%), and DeepSeek’s R1 (9.4%). However, it’s not flawless, sometimes hallucinating or struggling to tell the difference between credible and unreliable sources.

Pro users can already access Deep Research with 100 queries per month, and Plus and Team users will get access soon.

The tech world is already buzzing about it, with many praising Deep Research for its potential to change the game.
