IN PARTNERSHIP WITH LEO FROM ONEPROFILE
Applying to jobs these days?
It’s easy. It’s like throwing darts 🎯
Well... except the room is dark, you’re blindfolded, the board is moving, and the room is moving. You never know if you missed, hit the bullseye, or if the board was even there to begin with!
After years of hard work, all you get is an automated rejection or, worse, ghosted mid-interview (yes, 48% of job seekers!) 🤯
Yes, companies are hiring. No, they are not hiring you!

But there’s a better way: meet Leo from OneProfile, the talent agent who scans the job market daily, crafts the best version of your profile and hits apply on your behalf. Leo also reports your status throughout the process, transparently.
And the best part? Leo keeps things simple and handles all of this right from your inbox!

Amazon unleashes Nova Act
The race for AI-powered browser agents just got more intense. Amazon AGI Labs has introduced Nova Act, an advanced AI model designed to navigate the web and perform tasks like a human. While it joins the ranks of OpenAI’s Operator, DeepMind’s Project Mariner, and Anthropic’s Computer Use Agent, Nova Act sets itself apart with cost-effectiveness and deep integration into Amazon’s ecosystem.
Meet Amazon Nova Act — an effortless way to build AI agents that can reliably use browsers 🧑💻
With our new model, compose robust steps into complex workflows; handle everything from bookings to QA testing. Getting started takes just 3 lines of code.

So, what can it actually do? Nova Act can browse websites, fill out forms, make purchases, book appointments, and handle other web-based tasks—all without backend integrations. It mimics human interactions with remarkable accuracy and can execute multi-step workflows, such as planning events or managing IT systems. It also tackles atomic actions, like selecting items from lists or extracting data from webpages.
For developers, Amazon has rolled out an SDK, allowing them to build custom AI agents that break down complex tasks into manageable steps. These agents can be programmed using Python scripting, natural language commands, or a combination of both. Access to the SDK requires an API key, and while Nova Act shows promise, Amazon warns that it’s still experimental and requires careful monitoring.
The AI model is already making its way into consumer applications, powering features in the upgraded Alexa+ assistant. This move signals Amazon’s ambition to bring agentic AI directly into everyday life.
Nova Act is currently available as a research preview on nova.amazon, and while it’s still early days, one thing is clear: Amazon is betting big on AI automation, and Nova Act is just the beginning.
